A Personal Note From Katie:
Gratitude, for me, is more than a daily list. It's the feeling of contentment for all that life gives or has given. It wells up from my belly, through my heart, often culminating to tears in my eyes. A few things consistently on my list: a home filled with safety and love; my cat basking in a sun beam; hot coffee on a dark, cool morning; the way fall leaves crunch and snow makes everything sparkle; experiencing life in ways I never dreamed were possible.
